2. Using analytic tool and the blade is calculated to varied working conditions to ensure lower noise, smoother curve, more reliable at practical operation. 

3. Made of cold-forming high strength al-alloy. The blade's strength & sturdiness  improved after adding strengthening steel.

4. The JBF series fan is equiped with automatic on-off switch box, which automatically controls fan's operation according to the transfer's oil temperature collected by heat-sensor.

Motor:

Specially and professionally designed for JBF series transformer fan, the YCF type motor has its characristic as follows:

1. Equiped with double-side hermetically sealing bearing and double bearing structure on axle-stretching terminal, the motor has 2.5 times longer life, lower noise.

2. It has water proof devices on axle-stretching terminal and power wire outlet, and are protectively coated with opoxy priming paint and polyurethane paint. So motor's ability of corruption-resisting and radiation-resisting has greatly improevd, up to IP55.

3. B class heat-resisting material ensures and protects the motor's environmental temperature below 75℃, with temperature-rising less than 55℃ when full load.
