1. Product Overview

This fan can be used as a roof fan by selecting HTF type fans of corresponding specifications according to the pressure, air volume, and noise of the usage scenario. This series of roof fans is used for medium and low pressure, high flow applications. The HTF series fire high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan has a basic form of axial flow structure, and the motor adopts a high-temperature resistant motor. The product has been certified by the CCCF of the National Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Public Security. The fan can operate continuously for more than 45 minutes at a high temperature of 280and continuously for 20 hours at a temperature of 100without damage. Fans can be widely used in ventilation and smoke exhaust places such as high-grade buildings, ovens, underground garages, tunnels, etc. They can also be used for both smoke exhaust and ventilation purposes.

2. Product Features

a. Fan impeller: The impeller adopts axial flow impeller, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blade mold is stamped and formed, weighed and matched, and welded with the hub to form; The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing to achieve the G2.5 balance level of AMCA standard.

b. Fan supporting motor: using protection level IP55, insulation level H, temperature rise level B motor, the product can operate continuously in a high temperature environment of 280/45 minutes, and the insulation level of the motor for room temperature ventilation or fire air supply is F level; To meet the requirements of different working conditions, the fan can be equipped with a dual speed motor to achieve two levels of air volume regulation, or a variable frequency motor to implement variable frequency speed regulation. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan.

c. Shell: The overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50m/s. The fan is made of carbon steel, which is processed by hydraulic stretching, ring edge, etc. While ensuring sufficient strength of the fan, it improves the appearance of the fan, reduces the weight of the fan, lowers the strength requirements for the roof foundation, and has good wind resistance.

d. Hood: Made of flame-retardant fiberglass or carbon steel, it is stretched and formed as a whole, and treated with a circular edge to form a smooth streamlined arc shape, avoiding right angle turns in airflow and ensuring that rain and snow do not enter the fan and indoor environment. e. Fixed bracket: CNC cutting and forming, multi station CNC punching machine processing fixed holes, easy installation, sturdy support structure to withstand wind loads.

f. Transmission device: The series of fan motors and impellers adopt direct transmission, which can further ensure the reliability of fan operation.

g. Wind valve (optional): adopts gravity automatic closing or electric drive opening and closing. The frame material of the gravity automatic closing air valve is galvanized sheet, and the louver material is aluminum alloy.
