China’s ventilation and smoke exhaust fan industry is concentrated in several coastal provinces with heavy industrial bases. Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang is home to many high-end fan makers. There are many large-scale well-known manufacturers in Shangyu City, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province alone, and the brand effect and product quality of their products are leading in the industry in China. Here list five well-known manufacturers: 

• Yilida Group Co., Ltd. – One of the largest HVAC fan manufacturers in China. Strong in ventilation systems for buildings, tunnels, and metro projects.

• ZHEJIANG SHUANGYANG FANS HOLDING CO., LTD. – a professional ventilation and smoke exhaust fan manufacturer, covering an area of more than 100,000 square meters with the registered capital RMB 305 million. SHUANGYANG FAN is a top rank fan manufacturer with significant market share in China, and has formed a complete system included the design, manufacture and sales of fans in the fields of civil construction, metro and tunnel, nuclear power plants and industrial supporting.

• Zhejiang Shangfeng Special Blower Industrial Co., Ltd. – Publicly listed, produces fans for HVAC, tunnels, and subways. Strong R&D and national-level projects.

• Zhejiang Jindun Fans (Hangzhou) – A 20-year-old leader in high-end ventilation (subway, tunnel, nuclear). Key products include axial & centrifugal fans for underground metro systems and nuclear plants; it holds nuclear safety licenses and has delivered HVAC systems for million-kW reactors.

Guangdong Province

Guangdong hosts China’s largest fan factories in Foshan, Zhongshan and Zhaoqing. Shandong Province

Shandong’s fan industry centers around Weifang, Qingzhou, Heze and Yantai. These companies often focus on mining, tunnel and agriculture fans.

• Shandong Jienuo Thermostat Equipment Co. (Qingzhou) – Established 2001, Jienuo produces exhaust and ventilating fans as well as greenhouse circulation units and portable heaters. Its 30,000 m² plant uses automated CNC equipment. Jienuo’s airflow windows, butterfly dampers and smoke exhaust fans are used in chemical plants, tunnels and buildings.

• Heze Gofee Motor Co., Ltd. (Heze) – Since 2008, Gofee has developed temperature-control and ventilation solutions. Its product range includes industrial blowers, heaters and air filtration systems for chemical and metal industries. The company maintains a research center and supplies tailored climate-control systems.

• Wei Hai CreditFan Ventilator Co., Ltd. (Weihai) – A listed high-tech firm (stock code 831689) specializing in ventilation and air-handling systems. Founded in 2001 with ~400 employees, CreditFan designs and manufactures fans and cooling systems for rail transit, offshore engineering, clean energy and nuclear applications. It offers axial and centrifugal nuclear and power-plant fans, HVAC chillers and complete HVAC packs.

Shandong’s cluster thus produces everything from heavy-duty tunnel fans to agricultural ventilation and fire-rated smoke exhaust systems, often emphasizing domestic infrastructure and export markets in Asia.

Jiangsu Province

Jiangsu’s fan industry is more dispersed (Suzhou, Wuxi, Nantong) but includes several specialty manufacturers.

• INFINAIR CORPORATION (Jiangsu) – INFINAIR is an innovative company which provides environmental and intelligent solutions for all aspects of ventilation systems in both private and public sector. Each of these provinces leverages local supply chains and certifications to supply domestic construction, transit, energy and industrial markets. Together, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shandong, and Jiangsu account for the bulk of China’s production of commercial fans, roof fans, industrial fans, metro/tunnel fans, nuclear-grade fans, and fire/smoke dampers.
