SHUANGYANG FAN has established a provincial-level high-tech enterprise research and development center, along with a state-of-the-art fan testing center designed according to AMCA standards and accredited by CNAS. These advanced facilities enable us to rigorously verify and enhance the performance and reliability of every fan we manufacture.

Our comprehensive quality control process includes aerodynamic performance testing, impeller dynamic balancing, vibration analysis, high-temperature resistance testing, metro and tunnel simulation testing, thrust measurement, overspeed testing, physical and chemical analysis, salt spray corrosion testing, leakage rate testing, X-ray inspection, etc. Each of these methods is carefully applied to monitor and control every stage of production, from raw material selection to final assembly.

By combining precise engineering, meticulous testing, and strict quality assurance protocols, we ensure that all series fans from SHUANGYANG FAN deliver superior performance, exceptional durability, and dependable safety. Our commitment to quality control not only guarantees compliance with international standards but also reinforces customer confidence in the reliability of our ventilation, smoke exhaust, and industrial fan solutions.
